How long does cooling take?
It depends on the starting temperature, portion size, bowl and airflow. There is no fixed cooling time. Always check before eating or drinking.
Will it fit our cups and bowls?
Fit depends on the rim shape, thickness and animal style. Make sure it sits securely on a stable container before use. It is not a universal fit.
Who should use it, and how is it cleaned?
An adult should position and operate PuffPop, with children supervised around the fan and hot food. It is not a toy. Switch off and disconnect before wiping the exterior. Do not immerse it or put it in the dishwasher.
How do I charge it?
Charge by USB following the instructions supplied with your selected style. Keep the charging port dry. Controls and charging connections vary by style.
Can I mix animal styles in a bundle?
Yes. Choose 2 Little Buddies or 3 Little Buddies, then use each Buddy’s Style selector to pick an animal for that fan. Mix their favorites or choose matching ones.
